Who receives information

We share relevant information with providers that help us process payments, manage customer records, deliver communications, and provide travel services. These include Stripe, SendGrid, our customer-management system, and the travel providers involved in your requests. Other websites and travel providers may have their own privacy policies.

Email tracking

We use SendGrid to send emails. Links in our emails use click tracking, which records when a recipient clicks a link.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from promotional emails using the unsubscribe link in the email. Contact us to update your information, change your communication preferences, or ask about your personal information. This privacy policy does not provide consent to marketing messages.

Keeping information

We keep member records on an ongoing basis to support lifetime membership relationships. We do not currently have a fixed schedule for deleting these records. You may contact us about your information or request deletion. Any rights you have under applicable privacy law still apply.
