ASN Membership Terms and Conditions

1. Parties and Agreement

This Membership Terms and Conditions agreement ("Agreement") is made between the Member(s) (the “Member,” “Buyer,” “you,” or “your”) and American Savings Network™ ("ASN," “we,” “us,” or “our”), and its licensed distributor, Moments of Adventure (MOA).

By enrolling in ASN membership and paying all applicable fees, you agree to the terms herein, the incorporated Acknowledgement and Bylaws, and any referenced policies on www.americansavingsnetwork.com.

2. Membership Details and Payment

2.1 Membership Benefits

Your membership includes access to:

Premium weeks, luxury resort access, and authorized users (as detailed in your membership summary)
Net-rate pricing on travel bookings
Resort and hotel stays, cruises, and related services as described on our website

2.2 Membership Fee and Dues

Onboarding Fee: $599.00 (non-refundable)
Annual Service Charge: $399.00, payable in four (4) equal quarterly payments of $99.75 each. The first payment is due today; subsequent payments are due every three (3) months.
Payment Type: As selected at checkout; a 4.5% credit card fee may apply.

2.3 Ongoing Charges

Service dues must remain current for continued access to membership benefits.
If a payment is more than ten (10) days late, a late charge of 5% of the unpaid installment will apply.
Security Interest: By providing a payment instrument, you grant ASN a security interest in that instrument.

2.4 Installment Financing (If Applicable)

If you choose to finance any portion of your membership:

The amount financed, number of payments, payment schedule, and applicable finance charges will be detailed in your financing summary.
You may prepay your balance at any time; if you do so, you may be entitled to a refund of unearned finance charges.

3. Membership Status and Pausing

Your membership is annually renewable with no fixed expiration date, provided all fees are current.
After five (5) consecutive years of good-standing membership, you may pause or freeze your membership without penalty, retaining the right to resume with full access upon reactivation. No fees or services apply during a paused period.
Members may pause or freeze before five years without penalty, but services will be suspended, and standard reactivation terms apply.
Authorized users may continue payments independently to maintain their own access.

4. Right to Cancel

You may cancel this agreement within three (3) business days of the contract date, without obligation.

If cancelled, all materials provided must be returned in original condition. If you have accessed or used any portion of the services, you may be responsible for the activation fee and any service charges incurred, which are non-refundable.

5. Price Match Guarantee

ASN guarantees the lowest publicly available rate at the time of booking.

If a member provides written proof of a lower, verifiable price for the exact same travel product (dates, destination, room, cancellation terms, and vendor), ASN will match the lower price and issue a refund equal to 200% of the price difference as member account credit.
Price match claims must be submitted in writing within 24 hours of booking, and the lower rate must be publicly available at the time of verification.
This guarantee applies only to products booked directly through ASN’s travel platform or concierge service, and excludes promotional packages, private rates, unpublished deals, and auction sites.
ASN reserves the right to verify and determine eligibility for price match claims.

6. Acknowledgements and Bylaws

Distributor Relationship: Moments of Adventure (MOA) is the licensed distributor for ASN. All travel is booked directly through ASN; any promotional offers or travel promotions not serviced by ASN are the responsibility of the distributor.
Pricing: ASN guarantees the lowest available price at booking and offers a 200% price match guarantee, as outlined above. No guarantee is fulfilled until the reservation is confirmed. ASN may add, replace, or change benefits and vendors at any time.
Hotel Bookings: Members have unlimited access to book hotels at member prices, up to 60% off retail rates.
Cruise Bookings: Members have unlimited access to book cruises at member prices, up to 60% off. Most discounts are given upfront; some may be after-travel rebates made available within 30 days.
Airfare: Airfare is guaranteed at the lowest available rate at booking. Most airline tickets are not commissionable; savings are typically minimal on airfare.
Accommodation Inventory: Members have access to exclusive inventory, including luxury resorts, vacation homes, and timeshares. Inventory is subject to availability and may not always be listed publicly. Condo rates generally range from $399 to $1,499 per week for studio to two-bedroom units.
Resort Certificates: At the start of each year, no less than four resort certificates will be deposited into your account. A certificate covers the cost of the weekly rental fee; you may be responsible for $399 per certificate. All inventory is first come, first served.
No Real Estate/Timeshare Ownership: Membership is a travel club only, not a timeshare or real estate interest. ASN is not an exchange company, broker, or buyers club, nor does it own properties.
Governing Law and Arbitration: Nevada law governs this Agreement. Venue for disputes is in Nevada, by arbitration at ASN’s choice. By joining, you waive claims of duress and acknowledge the membership is not an investment for profit.
Net Rate Travel and Rebates: Net-rate travel may result in upfront or after-travel rebates or commissions, credited within 30 days of travel.
Receipt of Benefits: You acknowledge receipt of all membership benefits and merchandise. All terms are contained in this Agreement and on the ASN website; no verbal or written statements to the contrary apply unless approved by ASN in writing.
Authorized Users: Membership includes immediate family up to 4 authorized users, and guests up to 10 adults. Authorized users can be updated annually. Guests must travel with the primary member or an authorized user. Rebates are credited to the primary member’s account.
Membership Continuity: If the primary member is unable to continue, authorized users may choose—but are not obligated—to continue the membership.
Force Majeure: ASN and MOA are not liable for events outside their control, including natural disasters, pandemics, terrorism, war, or other unforeseeable events.

7. Entire Agreement and Amendments

This Agreement, including referenced club rules and policies on www.americansavingsnetwork.com, constitutes the entire agreement between you and ASN. No other oral or written representations or promises are valid unless in writing and approved by ASN.

8. Acceptance
